3 cups milk 1 cup semolina or taystee wheat Rose syrup Half tin condensed milk 1 small nestle cream Elachi (cardomom) powder Roasted almonds/pistachios
Mix water with semolina or taystee wheat and keep aside. Boil milk..add water mixture stirring continuously. Add rose syrup according to desired color and taste. Add condensed milk and nestle cream..continue beating. Stir in Elachi (cardomom) powder. When mixture thickens, remove from stove and set in bowls. Decorate as desired.
