INGREDIENTS
3 cups milk1 cup semolina or taystee wheat + ¼ cup cold waterRose syrupHalf tin condensed milk1 small nestle creamElachi (cardomom) powderRoasted almonds/pistachios
METHOD
Mix water with semolina or taystee wheat and keep aside. Boil milk..add water mixture stirring continuously. Add rose syrup according to desired color and taste. Add condensed milk and nestle cream..continue beating. Stir in Elachi (cardomom) powder. When mixture thickens, remove from stove and set in bowls. Decorate as desired.
