Melt 140g butterAdd in 1 cup sugar2 tablespoon brown sugar Whisk above Add in 2 eggs1 tablespoon oilPinch of salt1 tablespoon vanilla extract WhiskAdd in ½ cup cocoa + 2 tablespoon½ cup flour level ½ teaspoon espresso powder optionalWhisk aboveFold in 100g chopped chocolate 🍫 or chocolate chipsBake in pre heated oven in a lined and greased 9×13 panBake for 30 minutes @180⁰Cool completely Cut into squares ⬛️
