Mini Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsalted butter1 cup white sugar1 cup brown sugar1 tablespoon coffee1 tablespoon vanilla extract3 eggs1 cup flour¾ cup cocoaPinch of salt1 cup choc chip cookies (optional)

METHOD

Melt the butter and add white sugar, brown sugar, coffee, vanilla extract and mixAdd in the 3 eggs and mix with a whiskAdd the dry ingredients and mix to form a cake batterLine a small rectangle tray with baking paper and add the batterBake at 177°C for 35 minutes
