1 tin ideal milkEquivalent amount of water as ideal milk¾ cup Klim ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder2 tablespoon Custard Powder½ tablespoon Rose water ¾ tin Condensed Milk1 small tin Nestle CreamSugar to taste ( +\- 2 tablespoon)2 teaspoon Ghas powder
METHOD
Mix ideal milk and water together and remove 1 cup of the mixture. Make paste with klim powder, custard powder, ghas, sugar and the 1 cup milk mixture.Bring rest of the milk to boil , then add mixture and stir.When thick remove from heat.Then add cream, condensed milk, Elachi (cardomom) powder and rose water , stir well. Pour into bowls and decorate with colored almonds. Refrigerate until set.
