RECIPE

4 eggs1 cup castor sugar 1 tablespoon rose water1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder1 ½ cup flour3 teaspoon baking powder½ cup oil & ½ cup cold water(mix together)Beat eggs & sugar till fluffy.Add in the dry ingredients alternating with the oil mixture.Bake at 180deg for about 15-20 minutesIcing125g butter1 ½ cup icing sugarBeat till fluffy then add½ cup Klim2 tablespoon milk½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder1 tablespoon rose waterMix well and decorate as desired 💞
