INGREDIENTS

1½ cups flour½ cup sugar2 eggs125g butter (room temperature)½ cup milk2 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon vanilla

METHOD

Beat everything together for 3 minutes
Line a muffin pan with cases
Fill cupcake liners ¾ way. Top with colourful sprinkles (optional)
Bake in preheated oven on 180° for 15 - 20 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean.
