INGREDIENTS
2 cups of sugar
1½ cups of water
500g of full cream milk powder (klim)
1½ cups of melted ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cup of ground roasted pistachio nuts
½ teaspoon of Elachi (cardomom) powder
METHOD
Add the water & sugar into a pot and boil until a syrup is formed. Add the klim and ghee (Clarified butter) in a separate bowl and mix well. The mixture should resemble bread crumbs. Stir in the Elachi (cardomom) and pistachio into the mixture. Combine the klim mixture into the syrup and mix well. Pour the mixture into a glass tray and decorate the top with coloured almonds. Should be refrigerated for approximately 2 hours. Enjoy !!!
