Add in a pot water,sugar,icing sugar and 3 tablespoon fresh cream,and 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter),elaychi powder and cook untill 10 minut In a bowl add klim pwder,1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and fresh cream and make crumbed Add crumed in sugar water and cook on stove for 2 minut, burfee is ready,make it stove off. Now half burfee set in a tray in white colour,and now 1 tablespoon mango essense and yellow food colour add in onther half burfee and mix it.set this yellow burfee on white burfee!!and decorate with coloured almond. And putt into the fridge to settle. Tray remove from the fridge and cut into peices of your choice!this burfee comes out in two colour!done!enjoy!!
