INGREDIENTS
CupcakePlain Flour 125gSugar 125gButter 125g Eggs 2 Bicarbonate soda ¼ teaspoon. Baking powder 1 tablespoon.Salt ¼ teaspoon. Milk 1 tablespoon.Vanilla 1tsp.
IcingButter 100gIcing sugar, sifted 250g Fresh milk 1 tablespoon.Mango puree 2 - 3 tablespoon
METHOD
CupcakeIn a bowl mix together Flour + Sugar + Butter + eggs + bi-carb + B-Powder + Salt When just combined and in the milk and vanilla. When mixed well add in mango puree and create a marbled effect. Add to cupcake tray lined with cases and add the batter in and bake @ 180c for 20 to 22 minutes.
IcingIn a bowl beat the butter for 5 minutes till well combined. Add the icing sugar and beat for 3 minutes. Add the milk and beat for 1 minutes. Now add the mango puree and create a marble effect add to the piping bag with any piping tip you desire. Let the cupcakes cool completely. Now pipe on top and add mango chunk or the puree for decorations
