Burfee Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

Burfee ice cream

2 cups fresh cream
Condense milk according to taste
A drop of rose water
2 drops of rose essence
2 teaspoon elachie powder
¾ cup Klim mixed with a little milk and then add to the above
¼ cup sliced badaam

Beat fresh cream till stiff
Fold in condense milk and the rest of the ingredients
Pour in mould and leave to set in freezer
Decorate as desired
