RECIPE
Boil 1& ½ cups Basmati rice Tint it with tumeric add little salt Once boiled half way add a bit of grated Carrots ..Robot Peppers and Mushroom Once done Drain well under cold water Add spice for Rice and Veg SpiceAnd a Blob of butter mix well Keep aside
Make your Tomato Gravy CurryWith little oil mustard seeds whole Jeeru (Cumin) garlic Curry leaves and chopped Green chilli and a bit of tumeric add salt to taste When done ADD THIS TO THE RICE MIX AND TOSS WELL
In a Seperate Pot add a little Butter or ghee (Clarified butter) add in cut 2 Chicken Fillets in strips Add Little Ginger Garlic paste 1Tblsp Any Chicken spice +- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tablespoon Magic Masala or a Tandoori paste Little salt to taste Let it cook Add a bit of Sweet chilli sauce , Peri Peri mayo , Worcester sauceKeep aside ONCE COOKED Place the Chicken Strips on top of the rice Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Drizzle a bit of sauce on topPlace in Oven at 180* for 10 minutes or Microwave Enjoy
