Marinate chicken for 2 hours and cook until dry Place cooked chicken in an oven proof dish Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken & grill for 10 minutes or until its a bit brown, Garnish with coriander... Serve with Chips/Wedges and Roti or Garlic bread.. Enjoy 😍
INFO & TIPS
I smoked it after grilling by placing a small piece of foil in the Pyrex, then I lit a coal till it was hot, placed it onto the foil cup and drizzled some oil over coal and immediately closed the Pyrex... I left it for 10-15 minutes and got that amazing smokey taste...
If you don't have the Minnie’s Mozambican extra hot peri peri sauce then just add any hot peri peri sauce..
