1. Clean and wash chicken livers.2. Soak in water with a little vinegar for half hour. (This will allow excess blood and impurities to release into the water).3. Rinse livers out.4. Marinate the livers and leave in fridge for half hour.5. Place in pot and cook on medium heat until done. (It must be somewhat saucy.) 6. Garnish with dried mixed herbs/ parsley.7. Serve with garlic rolls or on pap or salad.
