4 Chicken fillets cut side ways to make half flatties and then cut in stripsMarinated with 1Tblsp Adega or any chicken spice1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli 1 teaspoon orange spice and 2 tablespoon Aminas tandoori marinade and 1Tblsp full of magic masala1Tblsp ginger garlic 1 tablespoon lemon pepper Cook with ghee (Clarified butter) till almost done ThenAt this stage I added chopped onion chopped robot peppers For 5min then I.added 1 tomatoCooked for another 5 minutes Add mixed herbs and origanumAdd tomato sauce or mayo or any sauce for a slight tangy tasteAdd salt to taste
Fry potatoes chips season with salt or chip spice
Make white sauce with 1 cup milk little butter 1Tblsp mazina little salt and dash of white pepper add Half cup grated cheeseAs it thickens remove from stoveKeep aside
Place the chips on platter or casserolePlace all the chicken over the chipsPour the white sauce overGarnish with more grated cheese on topAnd chopped green dhania (coriander)Microwave for cheese to meltServe immediatelyEnjoy with rolls
