2 cups milk 2 cups tagliatelle pasta 2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese ½ red green and red pepper 2 tablespoon chilli tomato sauce 1 tablespoon any mild peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon mushrooms ½ cup English spinach leaves
Sautè ½ onion in butter until golden brown. Then add chicken and salt, chilli powder, paprika& garlic flake suntil chicken is done. Set aside.
Separately sauté peppers, mushrooms, spinach and other ½ onion in butter. Add cooked chicken and cooked pasta with the milk, tomato and peri sauce. Lastly add cheese. Ready to serve!
