INGREDIENTS
1 sml tin nestle cream500g klim (milk powder)½ teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom)
Mix like bread crumbs- grind in magimix then sift .
SYRUP11/4 cups water2 tablespoon sugar 125 g butter3 cups icing sugarBoil water and sugar then add butter.Once butter is melted add icing sugar and boil for 5 minutes or until syrup sticks to finger.Add nespray/klim and mix well.The next day put mixture in magimix.Add 3-4 tablespoon almond powder and grind well.Nozzle and decor as desired.
For the truffles Once done freeze for about 2 hours or so Then remove from freezer and roll into balls and dip in white chocolate /Plain chocolate put in mini cupcake holders and decor as desired
