INGREDIENTS


125g butter
3⁄4 cup semolina
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup fresh cream
3⁄4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
1⁄4 teaspoon saffron
6 tablespoon klim (make paste with 1⁄2 cup milk)

METHOD

Melt butter, add semolina and braise for about 10 minutes
Beat egg, cup milk, sugar, fresh cream, Elachi (cardomom) and vanilla
Add above to semolina and braise.
When it thickens slightly add saffron and klim. Mix with wooden spoon and steam until done. Decorate with almonds
