INGREDIENTS
125g butter¾ cup semolina 1 egg1 cup sugar½ cup fresh cream¾ cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence3 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)¼ teaspoon saffron6 tablespoon klim (make paste with ½ cup milk)
METHOD
Melt butter, add semolina and braise for about 10 minutesBeat egg, cup milk, sugar, fresh cream, Elachi (cardomom) and vanilla Add above to semolina and braise. When it thickens slightly add saffron and klim.Mix with wooden spoon and steam until done. Decorate with almonds
