Mix these 3:¼ cup Sojee (semolina flour)½ cup cold milk¼ teaspoon chia seeds Other ingredients:¾ cold cup milkBrown sugar to taste (according to your sweetness preference) For Garnishing:Drizzle of cold milkSprinkle of chia seeds
1.) Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat, add the 3 ingredient mixture to the pan and braise for 5-7 minutes (mix frequently to avoid lumps).2.) When the mixture thickens, add the ¾ cup milk and brown sugar, continue to cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil (mix frequently).3.) Remove from stove, transfer porridge to a bowl, drizzle cold milk and sprinkle chia seeds. Serve hot!
