MILKY BAR Sojee (semolina flour)

2 cups milk
2 cups warm water
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1.½ cups sugar
4 tablespoon fresh cream
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 ½ cup Sojee (semolina flour)
½ cup coconut
8 tablespoon klim powder
4 tablespoon ground almonds
Chopped cashews,almonds,raisins and cranberries.
*Beat eggs,milk,sugar,Elachi (cardomom), vanilla essence and fresh cream.
*Braize the Sojee (semolina flour) in ghee (Clarified butter) til golden brown.
*Add in coconut, badaam and klim.
Now add milk mixture.
*Mix untle it thickens.
*cover and cook on slow flame for 10 minutues.
*Remove from pot and place in a dish of shape.
*Drizzle milkybar ganashe over.
*Sprinkle some coloured almonds over.
MILKY BAR GANASHE
1 slab milkybar chocolate
4 tablespoon Nestlé dessert cream
*Melt chocolate over stove.
*Mix in cream and mix well.
