Sojee (semolina flour) WITH STYLE by Cooking and baking creations 💜💜

3⁄4 cup Sojee (semolina flour)
1⁄2 cup grated carrot
(Braise on low heat for 10 minutes with Elachi (cardomom) and cinnamon )
3⁄4 tin condense milk
1 small tin nestle cream
2 cups milk
1⁄2 cup klim
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1⁄2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) power
1⁄4 teaspoon zafron essence
Drop of egg yellow food colour
(Whisk together all the above ingredients)
1.Add the liquid to the Sojee (semolina flour) mixture.
2. Cook on low heat.
3. Garnish with more nestle cream and almonds.
