Butter Chicken pasta bakeRecipe and pic by :Naeema MiaInstagram :@thedazzlingdishes 3 pieces chicken fillet small cubes1 small onion chopped 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon Paprika1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 50g butter 1 cup fresh cream 2 cups macaroni boil in salt water al dente Grated cheese
Saute onion in butter until soft. Add chilli garlic paste Braise one minute. Add chicken fillet, salt, cayenne, Paprika, dhana jeeru (cumin), arad (Turmeric) and cook until done. Leave moist. Add fresh cream simmer on low. Lastly toss pasta. Transfer to a oven proof dish / pyrex dish sprinkle with cheese and bake on 180deg for 15 minutes.
