Wash and 400 g cut up in rounds BindaFry in 1 dessert spoon oil till the stickyness gets finishedIn seperate potAdd 1 dessert spoon oil1 med grated onionBraise with 1 teaspoon garlic..few curry leavesAdd 4 med grated tomatoesAdd 1 ½ teaspoon kashmiri chilli pwdr½ teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon durbs masala½ teaspoon bombay masala or any masala¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon saltBraise well..till masala is well blended wit tomatoesAdd ¼ teaspoon sugarAdd all bindaBraise till u get the consistency of the chutney u likeGarnish with dhania (coriander)
