On the saute function braise 2 finely diced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Few peppercorns Few cloves Taj Elachi (cardomom) slit chillies Few curry leaves 🍃
Add in 2 kg soaked and washed and drained leg mutton pieces with:3 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic ¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice 2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon crushed chillies 1 tablespoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry powder blend1 tablespoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon garam masala ¼ cup sugar 5 liquidised tomatoes 🍅 ½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree 1 cup waterI pressure Cooked on high using the electric pressure Cooker for 20 minutes. Release steamI emptied it into another potAdded potatoes and garnished with ½ cup fried onions 🌰 and chopped dhania (coriander) and mintServe with rice 🍚
