INGREDIENTS
Mutton Karhai
1kg mutton cut & washed
2 med onions finely chopped
4 tablespoon oil
(2 cinnamon sticks, 2 cloves, 3 pepper corns, freshly ground black pepper, Elachi (cardomom) powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds)
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon chillie garlic masala
2 teaspoon gharam masala
Salt ʈɵ taste
2 teaspoon dhana
2 teaspoon jiro
1 teaspoon turmeric
4 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon saffron
2-3 med tomatoes chopped
METHOD
Fry chopped onion ḭñ oil, then add ḭñ spices in and simmer ʄɵʀ 2-3 minutes, then add tomato, meat and other spices and cook till done. Serve with tawa garlic bread.
Enjoy. Garnish with fresh dhania (coriander) and green chillies. Serve with boiled egg and potato wedges.
