RECIPE
Cut and clean mutton (removing all fat) and set asideI used about 750grams of mutton
Slice onions finely and add to a pot with ghee (Clarified butter) and a little oilTo that add 4 elachie2 cinnamon sticks Few peppercorns3 cloves 2 teaspoon Jeeroo
Cook wagaar till nice and pink Then add 2 liquidsed tomatoes2 heaped teaspoon ginger garlic MasalaI also added 1 teaspoon magic masala (store bought)1 teaspoon powder masala2 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 tablespoon Tomatoe pureeSalt to tasteLet it braise nicely Then add mutton and let it cook till mutton is almost soft Lastly add potatoes cook till done
{You can add more Tomatoe puree at this point if you want it more red}
