1 kg Cut up Chicken (it Chicken Fillets )Add 1 teaspoon Garlic½ teaspoon Ginger Garlic1 teaspoon Magic masala2 small grated tomato1 teaspoon Green chilli paste1 & ½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeera mix½ teaspoon Garam Masala¼ teaspoon Tumeric2 teaspoon White onion Soup powdermake a paste with milk)Lemon juice to tasteMix well and keep aside
In a pot Heat3 tablespoon Butter3 tablespoon Olive oil or any Oil that you preferAdd 1 small Grated onionBraise wellCurry leaves is optionalOnce onion changes colourAdd the marinated chickenWith Carrot RingsAnd PeasCook for 10 minutes till chicken changes colourLet all cook wellLastle add ½ Cup coconut Cream¼ Cup Fresh creamCookAdd milk if you require extraGravyAdd the Chopped Green dhania (coriander) and Shallot or Chives and Lemon grass leavesCook it gives a light dull colour to the gravy
