Braised onion and whole spices in oil when onions are pink and translucent add mutton and all spices cook on med low till meat is soft and tender add the potatoes and water and allow to cook till potatoes are ¾ way done add tomatoes cook on low till done Garnish with coriander Serve with rice or roti
