Only use pea and Pink masoor ..
RECIPE
Clean wash and soak 500g Dhal and 1 overnight ⅓ cup pink Masoor (Back lentils) dhal (pink lentil )Drain and Boil with little salt and Tumeric Keep aside
In a pot Add little ghee (Clarified butter) or oilAdd 1 Onion grated or Chopped (keep some aside for Wagaar at end)Curry leaves , little whole Jeeru (Cumin)2, of everything Torn up Red dry chillies, tuj (cinnamon stick), Elachi (cardomom), cloves ,whole black pepperOnce light golden colour Add cut upMutton +- 1 kg Add 1 teaspoon crushed Garlic1 teaspoon Ginger GarlicBraise Let the colour change Add 2 Grated Tomato1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera powder1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilli+-1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder Braise well for 20 minutes addA little water Then Add all the boiled DhalsLet all cook well till Meat is soft and Dhal is to the consistency you requireMake Wagaar With The onion that you keep aside with little ghee (Clarified butter) Pour over dhalGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Serve Rice with Papar Salads AchaarEnjoy
