Bismillah.
INGREDIENTS
1kg mutton 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chillie powder Β½ teaspoon chillie flakes Β½ teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon gharum masala1 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 tablespoon vinegar Β½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seeds ΒΌ cup 1 onion2 chopped tomatoes 1 teaspoon tomato paste.2 cans Koo sugar beans
METHOD
1. Cut 1kg mutton into pieces and marinate in 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chillie powder, Β½ teaspoon chillie flakes, Β½ teaspoon tumeric, 1 teaspoon gharum masala, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic and 1 tablespoon vinegar.
2. Slice one onion and braise with Β½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seeds in ΒΌ cup oil until brown. Add your mutton and braise until a bit brown.
3. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook until oil comes on top of tomatoes. Then add 2 cups water, cover and cook mutton on medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes until mutton is soft ( keep adding water if it dries out) ..then add 1 teaspoon tomato paste.
4. Open 2 cans Koo sugar beans, wash and drain. Add to meat and cook a further 15 minutes. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and ENJOYπ
