2x 250ml fresh cream
1 bottle Nutella
½ tin caramel treat
1 box of oreos
2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Place fresh cream, Nutella & caramel treat in a mixing bowl. Sift in 2 tablespoon cocoa powder. Beat until thickened. Mix in crushed Flake.
Place oreos in a packet and crush with a rolling pin.
Layer ¾ of the crushed oreos at the bottom of serving dish. Place mousse over. Sprinkle remaining crushed oreos over. Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
Serve well chilled.
