INGREDIENTS
Roti
@tass_tayoob
4 cups flour
3 and ½ cups boiling water
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
Weigh each Roti to 50g
METHOD
Put flour and salt in a dish and pour oil over.
*rub oil in to create breadline crumbs
Pour boiling water in
*mix with a spoon
Drop out dough from dish and carefully knead dough
(Dough will be burning hot)
Roll into Rotis and fry on Tawa

I weigh each roti just to have some uniformity in size
