4 cups flour3 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon salt2 cups boiling water 💧+-
I use my stand mixer with the dough hook attachment and knead well till smooth. (Adding little water if necessary)
Roll out brush ghee (Clarified butter) poke holes with fingers.Roll up as swissroll Cover and leave aside for 15 to 20 minutes.Divide into 15 balls.Roll out and fry on medium hot tawa brushing ghee (Clarified butter) mixed with oil on both sides and fry till golden ✨️
