1 cup brown bread flour
¾ cup flour
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Kettle boiled water as required to make a soft dough
In a bowl add all the ingredients except the water .
Ones all those ingredients are in add the water little at the time to make a soft dough .
Do not make pur ( small cup size roti add oil and flour and make round balls ) .
Heat up your tava until it's very hot then Fry the roti ( by making tava very hot first this will cook roti quickly without getting hard)

Try not to add oil or ghee when frying roti
If you usually add oil on both sides try only to add little on 1 side
Cut down the salt oil and ghee .
