In a dish mix together 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons finely chopped/ground coriander leaves½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon @inaparman fish spice ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons finely chopped colored peppers1 tablespoon olive oil
Set fish in a pan. Throw sauce over and allow to marinate for an hour. Cook on low heat till done. Serve with salad.
