1⁄2 kg rump / fillet steak

1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon AMAANS lemon peri paste
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red chilli
1 teaspoon dhana powder
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tomatoes in small cubes
Slice cheese ( optional )
Marinade steak with everything and cook steak in garlic butter . Add water and cook until tender . Add tomatoes and allow this to soften .
Place steak in your platter , top with the sliced cheese and all the tomatoes and jalapenos .
