1 kg mutton 1Tblsp ginger garlic Braise with 2 sliced onions Few pepercorns crushed Little whole Jeeru (Cumin) optional tuj (cinnamon stick) optional 1Tblsp ginger garlic Braise well add water if necessary When meat almost done Now add 2 medium grated tomatoes 2 tablespoon mixed masala 1 teaspoon mixed herbs ½ teaspoon red chilli powder or crushed 1 teaspoon black or white peper powder 2-3 Carrots cut up in thick rings ½ cup Peas 4-5 Potatoes cut in 4's Add 1 teaspoon salt to taste Add more water or ( u can add ½ packet mushroom soup)for veges to soften And stew meats well blended with spices Adjust the salts and chilli if u prefer A bit hot. Garnish with green dhania (coriander) Serve with dumplings or rice Enjoy
