Vanilla Swiss Roll REMEMBER : NO OIL NO BUTTER 6 eggs seperate yolk from whitesBeat the white stiff stiff Add 1cup castor sugar to the stuff egg whites Beat till shiny Take your 6 egg yolks one by one with 2 teaspoon vanilla essenceBeat well till all is mixed Keep aside Sift ¾ cup flour ¼ cup mazinaAnd 1tsp.baking powderSift it 3 THREE TIMESAND THEN FOLD WITH METAL SPOON TO THE MIXTURE Line 2 two Swiss roll trays with wax paper and put spray and cookPlace equal out of batterBake at 180* for 10 minutes adjust the racks As soon as it comes out of oven put onto a net(can put castor sugar on a wax wrap on the net and then turn cake over and roll it up whilst still hot and leave it till it gets the shape of a Swiss rollFill with 1 x 250 ml fresh cream 3-4 tablespoon if icing sugar (can add any essence I used Coconut essence )pipe icing over the rounds and dust with chocolateTIP: Roll from long side if you doing mini swissrolls
