INGREDIENTS
½ kg tenderized Steak 1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon Green Masala ½ tablespoon Robertson Steak and Chops Spice½ teaspoon Robertson Barbecue Spice¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ tablespoon Lemon PepperI small onion- roughly chopped½ green pepper - cut in julienne strips1 small punnet mushrooms - I used about ¾ of the pack and cut the mushrooms in ¼125 ml fresh creamApprox 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Corainder for Garnish
METHOD
Marinate the steak in garlic, green masala, spices, add the chopped onion to it and set aside.Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a large flat pot, add steak allow to cook until tender - approx 30-40 minutes on low heat.Add the mushrooms and the green pepper and the cream and allow to cook for a further 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.Garnish with coriander.Serve with potato wedges, salad and roti.
