INGREDIENTS
1 packet fatties and Monnies spicey chakalaka 2 minutes noodles 3 tblspoon woestershire sauce 3 tblspoon white viniger 2 tblspoon sugar ½ teaspoon green chillies 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red chillie powder 1 teaspoon dana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Salt to taste 1 medium onion sliced Tri color peppers stripped julliene 1 carrot jullieneOr frozen stir fry will do 3 tblspoon sweet chillie sauce Aromat (a South African Spice) for seasoning
Parsley and chopped spring onion for garnish
METHOD
Boil noodles and add spices from the packet and leave aside
Marinate the chicken in all the above for 30 minutes leave aside the veggies
In a deep wok or non stick pan add olive oil or sun flour oil and fry the onions until lightly golden
Add the chicken and about half a cup water and allow to cook on medium heat
Stir fry your veggies in another pan with some olive oil and butter add Aromat (a South African Spice) to season
Once water is burnt out of the chicken and the sauce remains add the veggies in
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes together then add in your noodles
Give everything a toss and allow to simmer for 2 minutes... add additional sweet chillie and woestershire if needed
Garnish with parsley and spring onion and serve.
INFO & TIPS
Toast some cashews and fry some red chillies in oil to make this in to a mock simply asia 514 ;)
