Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with whole jeeru (cumin) mustard seeds Methi (Fenugreek) seeds curry leaves Slit chillies. Add in:1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillies and garlic Β½ chicken cut into pieces 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose spice blendΒ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 medium chopped brenjol1 cup cabbage shredded 1 carrot cut into slices1 small sweet potato cut into chunks1 potato cut into chunks 1 chopped tomato π Cook on low till chicken is cooked and veggies are tender.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) & 2 tablespoon fried onions. Serve with hot rotis
