Braise 1 sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns slit chillies.2 teaspoon @mrsps_ red ginger garlic masala Add in 1 kg washed and drained mince. I use chicken mince 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon garam masala Break up mince as it cooks.Add in 1 cup liquidised tomatoes Add in 4 potatoes ½Ed.1½ cups water. Cook till potatoes r soft. Add in 2 teaspoon kasturi Methi (Fenugreek) (dried Methi (Fenugreek) leaves). Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander).
Rotis:3 cups flour 2 tablespoon oilFew pinches of salt1½ cups boiling waterMake a soft dough.Knead well.I use my @kitchenaidafricaStand mixer with the dough hook attachement to make my dough. Rolls out. Spread little ghee (Clarified butter). Roll as a swissroll. Divide into 12 balls. Rest dough for 30 minutes. Rolls out and brush ghee (Clarified butter) when golden.
