INGREDIENTS

1kg fillet steak cubed1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon chillie powder2 grated tomatoes1 tablespoon red masala ( I used ginger.garlic)1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon tumeric1 ground coriander2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon tomato sauce

METHOD

1. Marinade steak in ingredients aboce2. Heat oil in a pan, add the steak and water3. Cook, dont dry out4. Cut up some tomatoes and roast them in the oven - once done, add to steak and cook for a few minutes (I skipped this - I just sliced cherry tomatoes and placed over steak). Dont dry out steak

INFO & TIPS

Serve with rice, boiled mix veg (pepper, chillie, salt, herbs) and cubed fried potates spiced with red chilli, salt and yoghurt. (I left out yoghurt)
very tasty combo all together
