INGREDIENTS
2x Onions, chopped1x teaspoon Garlic Paste1 Can Rhodes Tomoto & Onion or any brand you like.. ½ teaspoon Red Chillie Flakes 1-2 teaspoon Sugar,¼ Cup Tomoto Paste( Mixed with some water), 1 Kg Steak Mince, cleaned & strained.. ¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper½ teaspoon Fishermans spice or any Spice1/ 2 teaspoon Black Pepper and Mixed herbs½ Cup Cheddar Cheese, (grated) 500g Macaroni Pasta... (cooked for 7 - 10 minutes)..
White Sauce:70g Butter (melted), 7 teaspoon Cake Flour or 3 tablespoon Cornflour 200ml Milk... Add more if to thickPinch Salt & Black Pepper (Optional)40g Cheddar CheeseCook on low heat for few minutes, until thick & stir well. The
Layering your pasta:*Pasta*Steak Mince /Tomoto & Onion*White Sauce*Cheese on top Sprinkle some Black Pepper ( I used the coarse black pepper, & also sprinkle some mixed herbs on top!!!Tomato slices for decoration🍅🍅🍅Foil on top & then Bake @180 degrees for 35-45 minutes depending on your oven. You can also use Lean Mince & great for chicken as well👍
Served with Green Salad or Garlic Bread & Potato Baked on the side.

METHOD
In a large pot fry the onion for few minutes. Then add in your steak mince & all your spices & cook for about 10 minutes. Until all the liquid has evaporated. Then add in your can tomoto & onion with the sugar. Cook until a thick consistency. In a large casserole dish lined with some butter at the bottom & then assemble as step by step in layering your pasta.
INFO & TIPS
Also freezes well for up too 1 week or make ahead 2 days inadvance & then thaw it & then reheat.
