1 cup Sojee (semolina flour) ½ ghee (Clarified butter)/butter 1 cinnamon stick 2 elaichi Braise on low heat until golden brown.
1 small tin nestle cream 1 tin condensed milk 2 eggs 2cup milk ¼ cup sugar Pink color Rose essence pista (pistachio nuts) essence Pinch of saffron strands Add this mixture in Sojee (semolina flour). Mix well. Cook on low heat. Serve hot. Pour dessert cream over. Sprinkle some chopped pistachios & dry rose petals. ￼
