1 packet tennis biscuits 2 tablespoon butter 1 cup cremora 1 tin condensed milk 1 small tin nestle cream ½ cup lemon juice 1-2 boxes lemon jelly
Grind tennis biscuits in magimix with butter then place at bottom of dessert bowl or individual bowls. Mix the following together: cremora, condensed milk, nestle cream and lemon juice then spoon over biscuit base. Make lemon jelly according to instructions on box and spoon over cheesecake mixture. Set in fridge and decorate as desired. I have decorated with lemon sweets.
