Marinate the 10 chops with1 tablespoon BBQ spice1 tablespoon Cajun spice (optional) Or any braai (bbq) spice1 teaspoon vinegar½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix ½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder½ teaspoon crushed red chilliLittle rosemary and mixed herbs Cook on Stove add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butterWhen almost done I added prego sauce and tomato sauce (+- 2 - 3 tablespoon each) When almost done Place on top of chops Steamed 2 potato cut in wedges onion rings thinly sliced Tomato rings few robot peppersDO NOT STIRclose the lid and let it all infuse in the chopsEnjoy with rolls and salads
