1 cup chana flour 1 cup plain flour Salt taste Green masala Tumeric ¼ teaspoon Ground dhania (coriander) /Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon 1 egg Grated onion and a potato Chop fresh dhania (coriander) Mix well add little water to make batter little smooth. Half hour before frying add 1 teaspoon baking powder Heat oil drop a teaspoon of batter into oil fry .....till golden brown.
The above recipe you can add shredded lettuce Par boiled potato dip and fry I made using poi leaves lovely for winter brrr day
