INGREDIENTS
400g Cod fillet cut into bite size
In a bowl add¾ cup or more gram flour Salt/pepper to taste ½teaspoon ginger/garlic paste1 teaspoon chilli flakes 1 teaspoon ajwain seeds (carom seeds)1 teaspoon cumin/coriander powder¼ turmeric powder½teaspoon of tandoori powder1 egg
METHOD
Add enough water and make batter.Add the fish pieces in the batter gently coating all sides. Fry until crisp and golden.
