INGREDIENTS
1 packet Shans lahori fish 500g of fresh filleted hake or kingklip2 cups fish oil 1 lemon 1 cup flour 1 eggBunch fresh danya chopped fine
METHOD
In a bowl, mix the packet of shans lahori spice with an egg until it forms a paste. Add the danya. Dip cleaned, fish pieces into the mixture and then into a bowl with flour. Make sure fish is properly coated. Next fry fish portions in hot oil for 5 to 8 minutes ( depends how thick the cut of fish is) drain oil from fish and serve with a lemon wedge. Enjoy with a side salad and chips with vinegar and coarse sea salt. Enjoy

Shans spice has salt in it so no need to add more salt
