INGREDIENTS
Cray fish tails cleaned, rinsed and drained 2 onions chopped ghee (Clarified butter)/oilJeera seedsMustard seedsBay leavesCrushed garlic
Fish masalaGreen chillies (ground)SaltTurmericDhana (ground)Red chillies (course)Red chilli powder
4-5 tomatoes grated
METHOD
Heat ghee (Clarified butter)/oilAdd in spices, garlic, bay leaves and onion. Sauté until Golden and fragrant
Add masala and spices and allow to cook for about 2mins ensuring the mixture does not dry or burn (you could add a little water)
Add tomatoes and a dash of sugar to balance the acidity allow to cook until oil starts to separate then add in the crayfish tails (high heat) and cook until done
INFO & TIPS
Add spices and masalas according to taste
Garnish with chopped green dhania and a serving of rice/spice rice/naan bread
